Earlier this month, kenya3000.com (in English) also reported on the current forecasts, the preparations being made by the Kenyan government, and the current state of affairs. It was only two years ago that Korogocho suffered severe flooding. Now the residents are hoping that the government has taken adequate precautions – and will not wait until after a potential disaster has struck before taking action.
